That’s why I’m sharing this blog post. In this post, I share 7 healthy snack ideas that are delicious but still healthy!
After this post, your snack routine will have gotten an instant glow up!
Delicious Healthy Snacks:
1. Nuts
While I’m not a big fan of nuts, I do know that they have amazing health benefits. While different nuts have different health benefits, overall nuts are highly nutritious, being a good source of protein, good fat, fiber, vitamin E, magnesium, and more.
This healthy snack is super convenient and great for on the go. It’s also good for when you don’t have a lot of time to think, so I recommend actually keeping this on your countertop right where you can see it; this will ensure that you eat this snack instead of another unhealthy one 🙂
2. Popcorn
I love love love popcorn! And now we live in a day where anything can be made healthy, including popcorn. Just look for a popcorn that’s low in calories and butter, and you’re good to go!
PRO TIP: season your popcorn with spices like pepper and oregano to add extra flavor!
3. Yogurt
Dairy is an essential part of your diet(helps maintain your bone health), so it’s important to incorporate it into your day. Besides milk you may drink at breakfast, supplement your need for dairy by eating yogurt as a snack!
If plain yogurt is too boring for you, try going for a flavored one(blueberry is my personal favorite)!

4. Assorted Fruit
This is probably the healthiest snack I could recommend to you! From strawberries to blueberries to blackberries to raspberries, an assortment of these is an amazing source of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants.
Just be sure to wash your fruits properly to ensure correct food safety 🙂
5. Protein Chips
Sometimes you need something savory to eat. That’s where these chips come in. Protein chips aren’t as oily and unhealthy as regular potato chips, but they’re still super delicious!
For this particular snack, I recommend browsing your local grocery store and just practicing trial and error until you find a brand of healthy chips that you like.

6. Hummus Dip
I used to be obsessed with hummus when I was younger; I seriously need to get back into it. It can help fight inflammation, control blood sugar levels, and is a good source of fiber.
You can eat hummus by itself or pair it with the healthy protein chips that I mentioned above 😉
