Oats are probably one of the most delicious breakfast ideas that are still healthy! You can make them with milk or water and add berries on top(I recommend raspberries and blueberries).

2. Egg Frittata
Eggs can be really boring without anything added to them, so why not make them more delicious by making them into a frittata?
The great thing about frittatas is that they can have many variations while still being good for you. Eggs are insanely good for you, with high amounts of protein, vitamin D(which aids bone health), and choline(helps metabolism and liver function).
3. Strawberry Banana Smoothie
A little while ago, cereal started making me nauseous. I think that the sugary, over-processed quality of it was starting to get to me. That’s why I initially started lookin for healthy breakfast ideas.
Thus, the breakfast smoothie. I personally like strawberry banana, but you can put basically anything you want. This is a great way to load up on your fruits and veggies. I know many people like to add collagen or protein powder for that extra health factor. I’ve also heard of adding small amounts of peanut butter or chocolate for added flavor.
This healthy breakfast idea is seriously a win-win.
