Outline 3 Main Health Goals that You Want to Achieve in 2021
Start out the New Year by outlining exactly what health goals you want to achieve in 2021. While you definitely can have only one or two goals, I don’t recommend having more than 3 goals, just to make sure you don’t get burnt out in your health journey. Also, writing down your goals can help keep you accountable!
Keep Yourself Accountable
This is probably the hardest tip that I could give you. Becoming healthier is easier said than done, and keeping yourself accountable(like mentioned in the previous section), can make sure you stick to your goals. Ways you can do this include writing it down or telling a friend. Here online, there are so many forums for people who are trying to get healthier. Who knows, this could have the support you need!

Cut Out Toxicity in Your Life
This is a big one. Mental health is just as important as physical health, so you need to take care of yourself. This year, cut toxicity in your life because remember: you don’t owe anything to anyone! Cutting out toxic people in your life could have major improvements regarding your mental wellness.
Do Daily Affirmations
After cutting out toxicity in your life, daily affirmations are next! Daily affirmations seriously boost self-confidence and self-love. They can also improve your overall happiness! As you notice, this is ALSO a mental health tip. Here at Ana Health Avenue, we believe that mental health is a crucial aspect of overall health and that people should more spend time focusing on it!
Get Some EXERCISE!
Last, but definitely not least, get some exercise! We are still in a pandemic, where physical activity is hard to come by! You can go for a walk in your neighborhood, or convert a corner in your home into a personal gym! When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which improves physical AND mental health! Double win!
